    Whether you run a weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll - we can calculate your pays and manage your employee information.

    Our Payroll Service is run from our office, all you need to do is fax or email your timesheets and we will take care of the rest.

    Our service includes;

    • Maintenance of your employee information
    • Entry of hours worked/salary
    • Keeping accurate leave records
    • Keeping accurate deduction records, ie Kiwisaver, fines, child support, etc
    • Printing or emailing payslips as required
    • Printing or emailing payroll reports for each pay run completed
    • Preparing PAYE return (returns must be filed and paid by you)

    Upon completion of each pay run we will;

    • Provide you with the details necessary to pay the relevant amounts to your staff
    • A text file for importing directly to your banking software if required
    • A text file for importing the accounting information into MYOB Accounting/ Accounting Plus or MYOB Premier if required.

    Cost

    • $25.00 + GST per pay run, plus
    • $ 0.50 + GST per staff member, per pay (fixed wage/salary, no amendments), Plus
    • $ 1.50 + GST per staff member, per pay (amended hours, leave taken etc)
